AI customer inbox for marketplace sellers
Every customer message that reaches a seller by email, Allegro or eBay is read, checked against the real order, stock and price, and answered with a drafted reply and the matching back-office action. A person approves in one click. The AI never sends or changes anything on its own.

How data moves through it
Relevant to you if
You sell on two or more channels, a person spends hours a day on the same questions, and you want AI handling the volume without the risk of it saying something wrong to a customer.
What it changed
The inbox takes minutes a day instead of hours, every reply carries the real order facts, and the cost of handling a message drops to cents. Faster, correct answers mean fewer disputes, fewer returns and better marketplace ratings.
How it works
- Cheap triage drops spam and notifications first, then an AI agent reads the message and any attachments, checks the order, stock and price, and drafts the reply and the action.
- The model can read but never send: replies only go to the original sender, every action needs a person to approve it, and an approved action runs exactly once.
- Every approval and every edit teaches the assistant: the seller's tone, return policy and the exceptions it keeps getting wrong, so the share of replies approved without changes rises week by week.
- Built for many companies from day one, with per-company isolation, a monthly AI budget that pauses processing when reached, and response times that stay flat as the inbox grows.
